Terms of Service
All products/services are in Canadian currency.
The recipient availing the services must be 13 years or more.
Only a human must benefit from the services provided.
Warranties on products/services are through their respective manufacturers.
An account can only be used by one person. This single account has a limited scope of usage as defined by number of PCs in the agreement. A client would further need to purchase support for additional PCs if the need arises.
BubblePC reserves the right to provide services only for issues and softwares it agrees to. Any software issues and services falling beyond such a scope do not entitle BubblePC to provide services.
The services portfolio is to be delivered through mediums such as person, phone, chat and e-mail. The onsite module is not included as a mode for providing services.
BubblePC service period ends on the very day on which the payment is realized and the computer is repaired and returned in working order.
At no point in time BubblePC would be liable to provide support for any hardware issues related to PCs, Servers, Routers and Wireless Access Devices.
The organization does not offer replacement or takes responsibility for any malfunctioning computer part.
BubblePC is not responsible for maintaining security of a PC including username and password. Neither shall the organization be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from a failure to comply with a security obligation.
PC users are requested not to share their computer username and password with support professionals at any time. If accidentally shared the password must be changed immediately.
BubblePC cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from a data theft taking place on a user’s computer.
PC users must actively monitor a remote session initiated by a BubblePC technician. At any time the failure to do so and any data theft or loss arising from an unattended remote session or the absence of a technician would absolve BubblePC from any untoward consequences. Further, at no point in time the same service should be used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose by the client. Nor at the same time clients should end up violating any rights applying to their jurisdictional territory.
All actions and interactions with regards to computer support should be in compliance with cyber laws of Canada/US or one’s country of residence.
BubblePC as a merchant would be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of a decline of authorization for any transaction. Nor at any time would a liability become binding in the case of a cardholder exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed upon by the acquiring bank at any time.
Returns, Refunds and Shipping
For buying products/services online, a valid credit card is required. BubblePC in this case has every right to either accept or reject a demand made via a credit card.
Shipping & Handling cost are covered entirely by customer, the price you see is inclusive of everything upto delivery.
BubblePC offers a 15day standard refund or exchange policy on all products still sealed/in resellable condition. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all non defective authorized items. No unauthorized returns will be accepted. No refunds on open or activated software(s)/product(s). Defective software will be replaced by the same item.
The failure to fix a single issue would lead to a discount of the sale amount. The discounted amount would be calculated as 25% of the total amount charged and applied to the amended order.
All service charges are inclusive of taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall also be held responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties, if levied in your country.
No credit card information of a customer is stored. Nor at any point in time charges are levied without any explicit consent.
All products will be shipped with Canada Post/USPS services
Cancellation and Termination
A client is solely responsible for cancelling an account. An email or a phone request for cancellation of an account must be forwarded to an account manager and in return an acknowledgement of the same should be received by a client.
Any client data stored would be immediately archived on active servers for being used anytime in the future.
Cancellation of the service before the end of the paid up month will lead to an immediate cancellation and the client would not be charged again.
BubblePC reserves the right to either suspend or terminate an account and refuse any current or future use of the Service. The reasons for such an action can be related to unauthorized access of a portal, servers and databases, abusive behavior, data theft, improper utilization of services, availing services for PC other than the one currently registered with BubblePC. The termination of service would not only lead to deactivation or deletion of an account but also access to any PC Support Service.
Use of any illegal software would result in cancellation of an account by BubblePC
BubblePC holds the right to refuse services to a client at any time
